TCCC and CQB in Lower Silesia
Certified tactical and emergency-care courses run by instructors with operational experience. TCCC, CQB and survival training – 30 minutes from Wrocław, near Oława.
What we teach – our specialist courses
The three pillars of our specialist training – each with a certificate on completion:
What is TCCC and why is it worth training in?
Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is a system of emergency medical care developed by the US Army and used by professional services worldwide. In Poland, TCCC training is becoming standard in military units, the police and the Border Guard.
At ASC Domaniów we are one of only a handful of centres in Lower Silesiarunning certified TCCC courses. Our instructors have practical operational experience – they teach what they have used in the field themselves.
TCCC teaches you how to treat a casualty before medical help arrives. In a crisis – an accident, an attack, an incident – that knowledge can save someone. Literally.
The TCCC programme covers, among other things:
- Assessing the situation and prioritising casualties
- Controlling massive haemorrhage (tourniquet, haemostatic dressing)
- Decompressing a tension pneumothorax
- Caring for a casualty under threat
- Casualty evacuation
- Communicating with the ambulance service and handing over to paramedics
- Managing head, chest and limb injuries
CQB training – tactics in confined spaces
Close Quarters Battle (CQB) is a specialist set of tactics for operating in restricted space – buildings, corridors, stairwells and vehicles. Originally developed for counter-terrorism units, it is now used by police and security services.
CQB training at ASC Domaniów combines shooting practice with elements of operational tactics. Participants work in pairs and teams, running search-and-secure scenarios.
This is a course for people who understand that shooting is not only about accuracy, but also about decisions, position and teamwork.
The CQB programme covers, among other things:
- The basics of tactics inside buildings
- Room-entry techniques (dynamic and deliberate)
- Searching and securing rooms
- Working in pairs – coordination and communication
- Shooting positions in restricted space
- Angles and sectors – managing space tactically
- Dynamic scenarios with debriefs

Questions about specialist training
What is TCCC and why is it worth learning?
TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) is a system of tactical emergency care used by the uniformed services. It teaches you how to treat a casualty under threat – controlling haemorrhage, stabilisation and evacuation. In an accident or an incident, that knowledge can literally save a life.
Can a civilian take part in a TCCC or CQB course?
Yes. Courses at ASC Domaniów are open to private individuals over 18. We do not require you to belong to any service. We do require the right attitude, the ability to work and a readiness to put the effort in.
How long does a TCCC or CQB course last?
A standard course lasts 1–2 days, depending on the programme and the group's level. Modular courses can be split across several sessions. We discuss the details individually when you sign up.
Do I get a certificate for the course?
Yes. Every participant who completes a course receives a personalised certificate of completion issued by Advanced Shooting Center Domaniów.
